Getting to know people

One of the best things about visiting relatives out east this time was that Emory was finally old enough to understand it. He loved being "high high above the clouds" in the airplane, he liked travelling to different states, "Mama, is this ALL Massachusettes? Is this ALL Vermont?" and he really liked getting to know his family, especially Grandma Evie and Cheyenne. Here are some pics of Emory with his family.

Reading with Grandma.

On a walk in the woods.

Kissing Cousins

Lily just like being held all day long!

Exersaucer Adventures

We just got our Exersaucer out of storage for Lily to play in. Here are some pictures of Emory and Lily playing...see if you can guess who is who?

Good Night

I went out to get some sparklers for the kids for tomorrow night and happened to have the camera in the car...

A trip to The Farm

One of the most fun days we had on the trip involved a journey to visit Ed at the Farm. Emory had an amazing time.

He played with the cows.

He played in the silo.

He played on the hay trailor.

He played in a giant pile of saw dust (note change of clothes- see silo picture).

But mostly he LOVED and still talks about the TRACTORS.

First, he sat with Ed.

Then he got the hang of it.

Driving the front end loader.

Then he got ultimate joy out of it and had to sit on EVERY tractor at the farm.

Soon, he was off on his next adventure- the aquarium.

The Wedding of the year.

Anica and Aaron's wedding was everything a wedding should be.

The guests were dressed to the nines.

Some guests brought assistants to carry them around.

Some of the 21 guests under 5 even sat down (for a while)

The bride's beauty was challenged only by the sweetness of the flower girl.

The bride's maids were like summer breezes.

The groom was charming and the bride was lovely. The words they spoke to each other rang with love and devotion.

Together, Anica and Aaron travel into their future surrounded by the love of their family and friends.

Should the ring bearer still be carrying the pillow and rings after the ceremony?
