Spaghetti dinner
We had a yummy dinner of garlic & basil encrusted tofu over spaghetti (by we I me Emory and I!) and it was yummy!

That sounds great! Can you post the recipe? I never have any idea what to do with tofu, especially for a toddler.
William used to eat tofu straight.
